Patrick Ooi has spent 20 years in sales — not studying it, doing it. From Standard Chartered Bank to KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) to managing the Nikon brand across Malaysia as Country Sales Manager, his results speak a consistent language: deals closed, distributors grown, organisations moved forward.

In 2019, he joined Abundant Impact as a Master Trainer, bringing everything he learned across two decades of frontline sales into programmes that produce the same transformations for the teams he trains.
